OPI’s Fall/Winter 2017 collection is here with twelve new shades to choose from.  The collection is inspired by “fire, ice, and everything nice” allowing you to  experience “the natural wonders of the arctic world”.  A quick background on Iceland, it’s known for being an island nation where fire and ice co-exist.  It’s landscapes are filled with volcanoes, hot springs, geysers, and laval fields.  So you can see why OPI used this gem of a nation for a source of inspiration for 2017s Fall/Winter season.  The twelve shades are as follows…

Icelanded a Bottle of OPI – “dove beige” as creamy as your caramel latte and cable knit sweater.

That’s What Friends Are Thor – an earth-tone brown to keep you as down to earth as your best friends.

Krona-logical Order – Is it possible to use Krona-logical Order to pay for an espresso?  Probably not.  This deep espresso is worth all the Krona!

Suzi & the Arctic Fox – a deep purple to compete with a winter night sky.

Turn On the Northern Lights! – this iridescent dark purple gives the Northern Lights a run for its money.

This Isn’t Greenland – but it’s the perfect moss green.

Less is Norse – a “dark ice blue” perfect for a winter date night.

Check Out the Old Geysirs –  this dusty sky blue is ideal for a Sunday morning tea time with Grandma.

One Heckla of a Color – a “frosty purple” to stand out during your girls’ weekend to the snow.

Reykjavik Has All the Hot Spots – add a little sparkle this Fall with a “dusky mauve”.

Aurora Berry-alis –  this moody pink packs some brightness to those drab Fall/Winter days.

OPI certainly gave us a range of colors to choose from for 2017’s Fall/Winter seasons.  They definitely added a level of playfulness that Fall and Winter always need.  These colors are available now via your local OPI retailer.  Enjoy the feel of fire and ice that Iceland has to offer!
