Leave it to OPI to stay on top of their creative game.  Not only with the collections they choose to put out, but with how they’re introducing new nail polish TEXTURES to the nail industry.  They started this summer with the three Leather-Like shades in the Grease collection, and now they’re introducing  nail polish infused with bubble-like translucent particles that will create a 3-D effect.

Now when I realized what the effect looks like, I thought to myself, “I don’t need to buy these polishes to achieve this look.  This look happens on its own when I paint my nails in my house that has no AC” (lol).  Growing up in a home that has no AC and trying to paint your nails meant the polish was always going to bubble.  It was beyond annoying and frustrating.

I don’t see myself purchasing this collection, mainly because I like the feel of a smooth finish on my nails, but I do think the concept is extremely creative and gives a fun spin on a manicure.  Especially for those that are fans of Roy Lichtenstein and 1960s pop art.

The collection has six vibrant colors that are sure to spark conversation and start a new movement.
